2026 Summer Registration

2026 Summer Adventure Lab

Our NEW Learning & Discovery Adventure Lab Program turns each day into a new hands-on adventure. Students head out on a different field trip every day, exploring everything from innovation labs and art galleries to nature centers, local farms, climbing gyms, sports clinics, and even amusement parks. Each experience is designed to spark curiosity, build real-world connections, and keep students actively engaged. With us, learning is an adventure.

Pick up/Drop off Location: Tuckahoe Elementary School
Dates: Session 1: June 8-25, Session 2: June 29-July 16
Times: Program runs Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, due to the traveling nature of this program all students must be dropped off before 9am and cannot be picked up until after 3:30pm.
Age: Rising 3rd-6th graders for the 2026-2027 school year.
Max capacity: Due to the uniqueness of this program only 36 students are able to attend the program each session. Both sessions have the same trips so it is not encouraged for students to attend both sessions. 
Price: Each session is broken into 3 easy payments of $287. 

2026 L&D Summer Exploration Labs

Our Learning & Discovery Exploration Lab programs offer students a full day to explore exciting activities and connect with new friends. Families can choose the location that works best for them, either Colonial Trail Elementary School near Short Pump Mall or Greenwood Elementary School near Virginia Center Commons. Register for our Exploration Labs today, where every moment invites exploration.

Pick up/Drop off Location: Colonial Trail or Greenwood Elementary Schools
Dates: Session 1: June 8-25, Session 2: June 29-July 16
Bonus Week: July 20-23
Times:
Program runs Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm
Age: Rising 1st-6th graders for the 2026-2027 school year.
Price: Each session is broken into 3 easy payments of $180, bonus week is an additional $180.



21C Summer Exploration Labs

21st Century Exploration Labs is our grant funded summer experience, offering rising 2nd-5th graders a full day of adventure, learning, and friendship.

Packed with exciting enrichments, engaging activities, and hands on learning experiences, this program provides a fun and enriching summer for participating 21st Century program students. 


Session Dates: July 6th - 30th
Days: Monday - Thursday

Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Locations:

Laburnum Elementary - hosting Holladay,
Glen Lea, Laburnum, and Ratcliffe Elementary students.

Highland Springs Elementary - hosting Fair Oaks, Highland Springs, and Montrose Elementary students.



21C Summer Blueprint Labs


Designed for rising 6th-8th graders at Brookland, Fairfield, and John Rolfe Middle School Programs through our 21st Century Grant Programs. This enrichment and career readiness program will help students explore different career paths and opportunities for the future. 

Location: The Oak Avenue Complex
Supported Schools: Brookland, Fairfield, and John Rolfe Students
Dates: June 8th-July 16th 
Times: 8:30am-1:30pm Monday-Wednesdays, 8:30am-4:30pm on Thursdays for Field Trips
Transportation is provided by HCPS*

 


2026-2027 Afterschool Registration (Next Year)

LEARNING & DISCOVERY PROGRAM

2026-27 school year
:

  • Jackson Davis (bussed to Skipwith due to school construction)
  • Kaechele 
  • Maude Trevvett
  • Nuckols Farm
  • Shady Grove
  • Short Pump
  • Skipwith
  • Tuckahoe 

Programs offer an afternoon snack, homework help, and teacher/vendor lead excursion opportunities for students to explore new experiences. All programs run on scheduled school days until 6pm. Weekly tuition is $105 per week. 

Registration for returning families will open on Friday March 27th at 8am. Registration for new families will begin on Monday April 6th at 8am.

Programs offer an afternoon snack, homework help, and teacher/vendor lead excursion opportunities for students to explore new experiences. All programs run on scheduled school days until 6pm. Weekly tuition is $98 per week.
